Dr. Coco

Connor had his first doctor visit today with Dr. Coco. Besides having a fun name, he's also our neighbor. He was very patient with us as we asked a lot of "is this normal" questions. Not only did he tell us that everything we asked about was normal, but he also explained why and if/when things would change. He reassured us that after about 8 weeks, Connor would begin sleeping about 6 hours each night, so while we don't want him to grow up too fast...we look forward to some sleep. :) Today Connor weighs 8 lbs 3 oz, so he's growing well. He is still 21 inches long. His appointment was right at feeding time, so he got a little fussy after a while, but overall he did great!

Update at 10pm:
I guess the doctor visit wore him out! He has slept almost the entire day. I had to wake him twice to eat and even then he could barely stay awake. I wish the doctor had evening appointments so he would sleep through the night! :)
