So, a lot of people have been wondering what Connor dressed up as for Halloween this year. Well, we'll get to that in a moment. First off, the kiddies starting dropping by to trick or treat around 5 or 6pm. Whenever the doorbell rang, Connor would run to the door to see who it was, then marvel at the different faces and costumes as each kid held out their bag. Connor even enjoyed handing out the treats, since he is such a giving person. He would grab a handful and drop a bunch in each kids bag. It was so cute. But at the rate he was giving, our goodies wouldn't last long. After a while doing that, we started getting ready to walk around the neighborhood ourselves to trick or treat. Connor dressed as a Travelocity Roaming Gnome. He received kudos from one neighbor in particular who considered himself a gnome expert, at least when he was younger. I dressed as a big version of the gnome. Renee was too much of a scaredy-cat to dress up herself. We went to the houses of several people we knew, but we had to hustle to meet with everyone. It took a few houses before Connor figured out how to open his bag so people could drop candy in. We spent about an hour and decided that that was enough. Afterwards, we went to our next door neighbor to hang out and continue watching the trick or treaters. Connor enjoyed just sitting in mommy's lap looking at all the kid's costumes as they came to the door. All in all, it was a pretty fun day and evening. We're curious what Connor will want as a costume next year.
