Solid food

When we visited the doctor on May 27th for Connor's 4 month check-up, the doctor told us not to start him on solid foods unless he either stopped sleeping through the night or was no longer satisfied on 25 - 35 ounces a day. Connor had been sleeping really well for a few weeks until Memorial Day weekend when he got sick. While he was sick, he was so congested that he couldn't breathe well and it kept him from sleeping. However, once he cleared up he still wasn't sleeping well so we started him on rice cereal on June 1st. It takes both of us to feed him with a spoon at this point, so I carefully placed the video camera to our side and captured his first solid feeding. He did pretty well that night and most nights since. There have been a few nights that he just doesn't want a spoon anywhere near his mouth.
