2 months shots

Little Connor had another planned visit with the doctor today. He was due for his 2 month checkup, which included 4 vaccination shots. After discovering that we should "encourage" Connor to lay/sleep more on the left side of his head, because of slight asymmetry, the doctor gave him a relatively clean bill of health. He was a strapping 12 lbs and 23 inches long -- about in the 50% percentile for his age. After that, I had to prepare Connor to get the vaccinations. The nurse held his legs, while I held his arms. The nurse gave him 2 shots each in either thigh. Connor wailed briefly, then calmed down almost immediately afterwards. He's such a precious little boy.
